OUR BRAND NEW ECOLOGICAL OLIVE OIL
Our olive oil "JIMÉNEZ Arbequina Especial" is obtained from olives of the Arbequina variety in organic quality. It is characterized by a medium green fruitiness, which is reflected in aromas such as those of green tomato, banana, almond, apple and freshly cut herbs.
This creates a taste harmony between sweet, bitter and hot notes. One liter of this olive oil takes between 8 and 10 kilos of olives.
The olive oils from our cooperative have been among the best on the TOP 10 at BIOFACH for many years, including first place.
