Since the beginning, the focus of Jiménez Gourmet is on 100% Ibérico de Bellota, Pata Negra.
As one of the first suppliers of 100% Ibérico in the German market, it
is our ambition to protect the uniqueness of this race from industrialization.
Sustainability, authenticity and quality are our first
priority. All our products are manufactured in Spain using traditional processes of family farms. To guarantee outstanding quality at JIMÉNEZ every process is made in house.
